Michael Vick, the quarterback of the Atlanta Falcons, who admitted to killing 6-8 dogs in dog fights (though that’s a very small estimate to the truth) was sentenced to serve a sentence of up to 23 months plus three years probation in 2007. However, recent speculations show that he may be getting out of jail earlier than expected due to his tactic of entering a drug program in Kentucky on Monday. In the case of a “successful completion of the program, nonviolent offenders may be granted up to one year of early release.” This is a true act of cruelty and it’s an outrage that a monster like him may be able to get out earlier than his true sentence.

Michael Vick v The State of Virginia: The Indictment

This man should be behind bars longer then this. It is sad to see how dog cruelty is always played down.
