Two pit bulls were pepper sprayed by an officer in Panama City, according to News Herald. The officer received news that a pit bull bit a man and when the officer arrived on scene, two pit bulls “ran at him aggressively.” Instinctually, he grabbed the pepper spray and ran back to his vehicle to call Animal Control.
The owner of the two pit bulls calmed the dogs down and brought them back into the house. However, Animal Control took one of the dogs who bit the victim and was quarantined for ten days.
It seems the owner can’t get a grip on the dogs because she admitted that the dogs killed her cat.
