Michael Vick is currently in Chicago because the court ordered him to serve community service. Vick spoke to people of all ages at the Liberation Christian Center in Englewood today. He spoke about his personal experiences with dog fighting, including how he began at a very young age and wished he had guidance then.
He didn’t speak about his “partnership” with the Humane Society of the United States, but men who came to see Vick speak are now part of the “End Dog Fighting Campaign.” The program is a sector of the Humane Society’s.
“I’m not a psychologist or nothing, but I feel sincerely, being an ex-dog fighter myself, he’s sincere about this program and helping the community and he felt real remorseful,” said Sean Moore, Anti Dog Fighting Advocate to ABC News.
Vick hasn’t spoken to any news reporters as well.
We’ll have to see if Vick truly is remorseful or just wants to join a team already.

I think it’s a great opportunity to help prevent more dogs from being used in dogs fighting – as we’ve seen earlier this summer with the 8 state raid, dog fighting is still a huge problem, and hopefully Vick will help in reaching at risk youth and stopping them before they go on that path.
@Sarah: It’s a great opportunity, but it hurts me to think about what Vick has done to innocent angels.
